1) TOP LAYER
This transparent layer shields your surface from scratches, wear and tear, dirt, and stains, all while being easy to clean.

2) ART LAYER
This is where the visual wonder unfolds. A high-resolution photographic print, sometimes brought to life with an added layer of 3D texture.

3) CORE LAYER
The core layer is made of either a wood polymer composite (WPC) or stone polymer composite (SPC). This core is mixed with foaming agents to produce a comfortable and durable floor.

4) BACKING LAYER

The backing layer offers superior sound dampening and built-in mold and mildew resistance.

Choosing the Right Floor

The thickness of the top layer for Luxury Vinyl comes in different variations. We recommend a minimum of 12 mil and have offerings up to 30 mil.

Tile Types

Ceramic Tile
Don't be fooled by its simple origins – ceramic tile is a powerhouse performer! Fired at high temperatures, ceramic tile transcends its humble beginnings to become one of the most popular and durable flooring choices available. Easy to maintain with just a damp mop or sponge, ceramic tile surpasses most other flooring options in both endurance and ease of care.

Porcelain Tile
Fired at even higher temperatures than ceramic tile, porcelain boasts exceptional hardness and density, making it one of the most durable tile options available. Virtually impervious to water, porcelain is the perfect choice for moisture-prone areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and even outdoor spaces. Porcelain's superior durability makes it a long-lasting and low-maintenance selection for any flooring or wall application.

Natural Stone
Embrace the beauty of nature! Natural stone tiles are crafted from unique geological formations, ensuring each piece is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. This inherent variation adds character and depth to your design. Unlike ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone has a slightly more porous surface. This means it requires a touch of additional care when cleaning and around water to maintain its lasting beauty.

Choosing the Right Cabinets

Cabinets are a key component in any kitchen or bathroom renovation project. They offer storage for all your kitchen essentials, from dishes and utensils to small appliances. The right cabinets can also elevate the aesthetics of your kitchen and add a touch of your personality. You can choose from stock cabinets, which are the most affordable option, semi-custom cabinets, which offer more customization options, or fully custom cabinets, which will provide the most flexibility in terms of design and functionality.

Cabinet Types

Custom Cabinets
Custom cabinets are the ultimate in design flexibility and functionality. Made to your exact specifications, they can be crafted in any shape or size, ensuring you maximize storage space in even the most challenging kitchen layouts. From unique built-ins to clever corner solutions, custom cabinets offer unmatched utilization of your kitchen's footprint. The high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship also result in a truly luxurious look and feel. However, this level of personalization comes at a premium. Custom cabinets typically involve the most expensive materials and the most labor-intensive construction process, translating to the highest overall cost.

Semi-Custom Cabinets
Semi-custom cabinets offer a happy medium between affordability and personalization. They allow you to tweak existing designs by requesting specific features or dimensions. While the level of customization is less extensive than with fully custom cabinets, it provides more flexibility than stock options at a more accessible price point. This makes them a great choice for projects like cabinet refacing, where you can update the cabinet doors for a fresh look without replacing the entire cabinet structure.

Standard Cabinets
Standard cabinets are the most budget-friendly option, offering pre-made units in common sizes. While this keeps the cost down, it limits customization and may affect durability. They're commonly constructed from particle board, which can be susceptible to wear and tear over time, especially in areas with high moisture or humidity. However, stock cabinets are a smart choice for temporary living situations or budget-conscious renovations where long-term durability isn't a major concern.
